We are only a small establishedment (15 rooms total). Lodge rooms (sleep 2 to 6) in the main builidng, on the 2nd floor, that share large clean bathrooms down the hallway (like a college dorm but not as busy), separate for men and women. each with 3 toilets, sink and 3 showers in private stalls. Lots of people refere to to European Style Lodging. We also have a back chalet with 3 rooms (2 to 5) that have private bathrooms, one has its own kitchenette, 2 Condo unit on the top of our Garage (Barn) can each sleep up to six people and have their own bathrooms and kitchette units. 2 bunk rooms round out our inside sleeping accomodations - Mini bunk (sleeps 4) and Family bunk room (sleeps 12). Note you need to bring your own sleeping bag and towels for the bunk rooms, all other rooms have linen provided.

Summer time we have walk in primative campsite (bring you own gear), 2 drive up campsites (bring your own gear) and 3 glamping tents that sleep 2, 3 or 4 people - bring your own sleeping bags and towels- we provide the tent and mattress.

Campsites have use of the a porta potty and flush toilets. Showers are $5 per stay and use of the kitchen, should you need it, is $10 per day. Rooms and Glamping Tents the showers and kitchen use are included in your room prices.

Optional breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am and cost $5 per person.

We can have up to 13 people individual bunk beds rooms, 20 individuals beds in our lodge rooms (some are queen beds so we can sleep an additional 7 people if needed). 9 individual beds in our chalet rooms (some are queen beds so we can sleep an additional 3 people). 4 individual beds in our Barn Condo unit each with 2 queens or doubles and 2 twins so they can sleep 4 people in individual beds with 2 additional people,

Total accommodation is 50 to 60 people. More if you utilize the campsite and glamping tents. Call for prices - most large groups will require a 2 night minimum. Discounts are give off season. (209) 753-2659
